Arrived quickly, immediately took water and sent it to the freezer. Poured water to the top, which was my mistake. The cover swelled, and when trying to open the ice, it simply burst in the middle. The second time I poured much less water, but the heart-plug still protruded. You can open and use this thing only after 10 minutes of waiting or by stuffing it into boiling water. Otherwise it won't open. Of the minuses-as it melted-the form is not the same. The last photo shows the result of all my attempts.
